Durante la semana del torneo y los visitantes podrán colaborar y participar realizando donaciones y escribiendo su ilusión en una estrella de Make-A-Wish a cambio de un donativo de dos euros. Con sus aportaciones, el torneo y los asistentes contribuirán a hacer realidad las ilusiones de niños y niñas con enfermedades graves como la gran ilusión de Patricia, una niña que, después de muchos años luchando con una lesión cerebral de la que fue intervenida recientemente, celebrará su decimoctavo cumpleaños, y su nueva vida, con amigos y familiares durante la semana del Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España.

El torneo contará con la presencia de dos embajadores de Make-A-Wish Spain

Marta Figueras Dotti, presidenta del Ladies European Tour, y Gerard Pera, jugador profesional de golf que deleitará a todos los presentes con una espectacular exhibición de long-drive. Además, se lanzarán diversas iniciativas a beneficio de la fundación. Por un lado, los invitados del Pro-Am podrán batirse en duelo contra una golfista profesional en un divertido “beat the pro” benéfico, y por otro se pondrá en marcha el reto #birdiesforwishes entre las jugadoras de este Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España.
