Compulsory Subscription Civil Responsibility: guarantees the payment of compensation for which the driver of the insured vehicle must respond for the damage caused to persons or property of a third party derived from traffic events for which he is civilly responsible.

Voluntary Subscription Civil Responsibility: guarantees the payment of compensation for which the Owner and/or Driver of the insured vehicle must respond, up to the maximum economic limit established for each guarantee, for the damage caused to third parties as a direct consequence of traffic events in which said vehicle is involved, resulting in bodily and/or material damage that quantitatively exceeds the coverage of Compulsory Subscription Civil Responsibility”.

Legal protection: Includes Criminal Defence, and Claim for Damages.

Defence of fines:Payment of all expenses arising from the dismissal of complaints and ordinary appeals and appeals for reconsideration against sanctions due to infringements of the Law on Traffic, Circulation of Motor Vehicles and Road Safety (R.D.L. 339/90) and other provisions regulating traffic, which are attributed to the Insured and which may entail financial penalties or deprivation of driving licence.

Expenses of courses for the recovery of points: Compensation for the cost of enrolment fees for the road awareness and re-education course and the amount of the examination fees established by Law in the event of revocation of the driving licence due to partial or total loss of points.
